Train: take the eastern trunk line, get off at Nan-ao or Wuta Station, then take a taxi to Kiyang Village

Car: drive a car from Ilan or Hualie to Nan-ao along Expressway 9 (Suhua Road), turn to the west at 134Km mark, and then arrive Kiyang after climbing up mountains.
